How can I book a tour with you?
You can submit your request for a customised tour or choose from our Shanghai Walking Tours.
How can I book a walking tour?

- Submit touring time and your contacting info.
- Receive a confirmation email from Shanghai Lander with your private tour guide details.
How can I book a customised sightseeing tour?
- Go to Plan My Tours and submit your tour request.
- Shanghai Lander staff will reply with tour itinerary and quotes.
- Confirm your tour booking via email.

How can I book your other services for destination management?
You can CONTACT US now with request on your Shanghai visit.
What info do you require for booking?
Your personal contacts including full name, email and mobile (if available), place of meeting (e.g. your Shanghai hotel of stay, your cruise details or flight details), date and time of the tour.
Is deposit required at booking?
For day trips and walking tours, there is no deposit required. You can pay the full amount upon meeting your tour guide. For multi-day tours or destination management including third-party bookings (e.g. car rent, hotel booking, venue booking), a certain deposit may be required.
What payments do you accept?
At the moment, we accept cash payment in CNY (Chinese Yuan) and major currencies like USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, CAD. Exchange rate is calculated at the time of sightseeing tour.
How can I change or cancel a booking?
If there is any change to your Shanghai visit, we appreciate your notice as soon as it happens. You can change the arrangements if agreed by Shanghai Lander. In the event of cancellation by the booking client, please Notify Shanghai Lander 72 hours before the tour date.

Why do I need to submit my personal contact?
Your personal contacts are used for arrangements of Shanghai destination management and private sightseeing tours. It is also for the benefit of meeting on the first day, so that we will not miss each other.
How will you use my personal info?
We respect your privacy and your personal info will not be disclosed to any third-party for commercial purposes. Shanghai Lander may contact you for market research purposes or promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting.
