Chinese acrobatics show is a popular performance in various cities. The acrobats are talented at gymnastics, twisting, dancing, etc. It started in China 3,000 years ago and was more appreciated from the Han dynasty. Both the rulers from palace and local people find leisure in acrobatic performance. Nowadays, Chinese acrobatic shows perform in Shanghai Circus World and Magnolia Theatre. People also practise some acrobatic skills like the Chinese yoyo for daily exercise.
