The performance centre in Shanghai Expo site is now used as the Mercedes-Benz Arena. The arena is in active use of live performances, sporting events... It has recently held the live show of British singer James Blunt in August. With the extended exhibition of China pavilion and the SOE (State-owned Enterprises) headquarters move-in, the Shanghai Expo site is transforming into its new identity in the city.
